All-Refuges Circuit
Overview
Patagonia at its purest. In the mountains there are no guarantees: wind that shakes you, rain that soaks you, cold that cuts deep and, sometimes, a sun that burns without warning. This circuit is for those who accept the mountain as it is — hard, unpredictable and powerful. Pack on your back, rivers to ford, rock to climb and technical trails where the weather always has the last word.
Over four days you'll link up unique refuges, starting in the comfort of Puesto Cagliero and moving on to the rustic, remote Los 14 and Piedra del Fraile. This is no stroll: it's a demanding traverse, with hard terrain, changing weather and an immense reward.
